Easter

Easter was actually very fun for us!  I was kinda sad we were not able to go home, because my family has a pretty fun Easter schedule.  But we actually were very busy and had a good weekend.  Friday we had T-ball Games, then our ward did the best Easter egg hunt like ever, there were hundreds of eggs!  We have the best ward.  The next morning we went and did our own cookout.  It was fun, but the wind was blowing, which can make things not very enjoyable.  We had to be back into town so Rye(elders quorum) could help a family move in, then we went to friends' house for a party.  Sunday was very nice, the Easter Bunny found Holden, Knox! and they were thrilled.  A family had us over for Easter dinner, which was lots of fun.

 Easter egg hunt
This kid kills me!  His smiles?? Funny story:  we were driving to pick Holden up from school, and singing primary songs.  I started to sing If your happy and you know it.
So I sang,
"If your Happy and you know it, clap your hands.  If your happy and you know it ex....."

So I said, Knox its your turn!

So, he starts singing,
"If.....YOurrrrrr SEXY and you know it clap your hands! If I'm sexy and I know it, Im gonna clap my hands! ex.".

ahhh, mother of the year right? He is always so clever and comes up with the weirdest things.  The kid does have a great sense of humor, Ill give him that!
I just remembered what he said yesterday!

ok, so Rye saw a job opening in Texas, and asked the boys if we should move there.
Knox had seen a DC documentary just the day before on Tornados in TX.  He is TERRIFIED of Tornados!  So he of course threw a fit and said no way!
So Yesterday the wind was blowing so dang hard.
We were walking out to the truck ,  and he says
"Well, I guess we got  one of those  'Tomatoes' coming from Texas, I hate those Texas tomatoes!"
Made me laugh! If you know how he talks, with his little accent, it's even funnier.

Cookout
....Check out the weirdo in the background.

We told Holden and Knox if they could get to that cave, you can barely see, waaaay up that mountain we would give them ten bucks.  Soooo, they got way further then we thought. We were thinking they would get down the rode.  Rye had to take off after them.  But they hiked all the way there.

Easter Morning!

This Handsome baby, I think, had a great first Easter!

A little bit of everything!

Ok, Im going to attempt to catch up, so here's the fast version of our past month or two.

We blessed Race.  It was a beautiful day thanks to our families.    Thanks everyone.  I wish I would have gotten more pictures, and gotten all the men in the line. We spent quite a bit of money on his suite and he looked so cute and literally as we sat down for sacrament he juiced all the way through his blessing outfit! just my luck =( So he got blessed in his diaper.

Here are some pictures of the little almost three month old! We always love him...

A fun trip to Pinepark the first of the month!

Holden turned 6!!!! How?....like how did this happen, right??  He wanted a first aid kit and tools! haha.  His daddy also took the day off and took treats in for his class.  We love you Hoagers.

This sweet baby can roll across the living room, and lift himself up.  This was around two months!  He is very ahead for his age.  He weighs 15 pounds already!!
Trip to hike at Zion!  Over this last weekend we went to Zion and the boys were so glad to get to take Lincoln.  They had a blast and probably hiked 3 or more miles!

Other happenings include:
Knox riding a bike with no training wheels, hes only three!
Me getting my Gallbladder removed on Monday......oh it totally sucks.  Thanks to my little Racey goose.  He's definitely worth an organ or two though:)
Holden started baseball.  I feel like motherhood has officially begun.
And I turned 26....sad sad day. Im old.
I think that sums up the month!  Hope everyone is doing good.
